Narrative:
We had pack 2 overload and fail at FL250 with pack 1 already on MEL causing the cabin to rise rapidly. We [advised ATC] to get ATC priority to 10;000 ft. We ran the associated checklists and decided ZZZ was the closest suitable airport. Landed in ZZZ.pack 2 overload with pack 1 on MEL.
