Narrative:
During the en route portion while level at FL200 in instrument meteorological conditions we encountered turbulence in the classification of intermittent light chop. During the light chop we encountered one jolt of moderate turbulence with a duration of 1 to 2 seconds. The seat belt sign had been illuminated for the entire flight. An announcement was made prior to this by the F/as and by myself that the passengers should remain seated and keep their seat fastened for the entire flight. We were informed by the F/a after the fact that a passenger was in the lav and had hit his head on the smoke alarm and was bleeding. Also that a F/a had hurt his neck while returning to his seat. The captain instructed me to relay that we were 10 mins out from landing at roc and that the paramedics would be meeting the airplane which I did. We landed and the injured passenger and F/a received medical attention.
