Narrative:
The above mentioned flight departed mkc as an introductory instruction flight. Since my business is giving flight instruction and I do conduct this business on an every day basis, I find no validity for the investigation. As a result of the instruction given on the flight in question, one of the prospective students has begun his flight training with me. I am fully aware of the rules and regulations as they pertain to me and am not the kind of person that bucks the system. It was my intent to offer my services as flight instrument, in the hopes of gaining a new student or 2--which I did!

Title: REPORTER INFERS THAT FAA IS AFTER HIM IN AN ALLEGED PART 121 OR 135 OPERATION FOR WHICH HE IS NOT LICENSED. CLAIMS THAT FLT IN WHICH PASSENGERS WERE ON BOARD WAS FOR A DEMONSTRATION OF HIS INSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES AND STRICTLY TO INTEREST PASSENGERS IN TAKING LESSONS.
Narrative: THE ABOVE MENTIONED FLT DEPARTED MKC AS AN INTRODUCTORY INSTRUCTION FLT. SINCE MY BUSINESS IS GIVING FLT INSTRUCTION AND I DO CONDUCT THIS BUSINESS ON AN EVERY DAY BASIS, I FIND NO VALIDITY FOR THE INVESTIGATION. AS A RESULT OF THE INSTRUCTION GIVEN ON THE FLT IN QUESTION, ONE OF THE PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS HAS BEGUN HIS FLT TRNING WITH ME. I AM FULLY AWARE OF THE RULES AND REGS AS THEY PERTAIN TO ME AND AM NOT THE KIND OF PERSON THAT BUCKS THE SYS.
