Narrative:
On 6/90, the transmitter/receiver panel malfunctioned. The technicians tightened screws and cleaned connections. But the unit wasn't found to be faulty until today when the unit was replaced because the receiver failed again! This occurred at the fremont high sector 126.25 MHZ. There were aircraft on the frequency at the time it failed.

Title: ARTCC RADAR CTLR'S TRANSMITTER RECEIVER PANEL FAILED.
Narrative: ON 6/90, THE XMITTER/RECEIVER PANEL MALFUNCTIONED. THE TECHNICIANS TIGHTENED SCREWS AND CLEANED CONNECTIONS. BUT THE UNIT WASN'T FOUND TO BE FAULTY UNTIL TODAY WHEN THE UNIT WAS REPLACED BECAUSE THE RECEIVER FAILED AGAIN! THIS OCCURRED AT THE FREMONT HIGH SECTOR 126.25 MHZ. THERE WERE ACFT ON THE FREQ AT THE TIME IT FAILED.
