Narrative:
While on runway 16C in sea; tower advised us that traffic departing 16L was an early turn out and then said we were cleared for takeoff. Around 1400 feet MSL the aircraft prompted an immediate RA with no prior TA. The command was simple; reduce vertical speed. I was still hand flying so I was able to comply immediately and after about 5-10 secs the aircraft instructed us that we were clear. The flight was then continued without incident.
