Narrative:
[We were] on an IFR flight; while in descent from 34000 ft to 31000 ft; the right engine (copilots side) rolled back to cut off. The manufacturers checklist was consulted; procedures followed and right engine was successfully restarted. The flight proceeded to destination with no other amoralities. Maintenance has been consulted and is assessing the issue.
