Narrative:

Small transport was climbing to 12000' off dfw on another controller's frequency in my airspace with my approval. Light transport was in level flight in my airspace on another controller's frequency to which I had changed him. The 2 aircraft passed 1 NM horizontal, 200' vertical. Both aircraft saw the other when approximately 2 NM apart. Small transport reported making a turn and descending. I thought that the other 2 controllers involved had established visibility sep, therefore I made no report at the time. The first knowledge that I had that an error had occurred was on 6/xx/90, and confirmed on 6/xy/90.
