Narrative:

Flying a 135 cargo aircraft with insufficient operations specifications on propeller. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information. Reporter was not too familiar with the situation. The cargo aircraft that he was flying used to have the composition propellers and two new aircraft were purchased and had the all metal propellers. After 2 flts in the new aircraft the chief pilot suggested that he send in this report. Reporter stated that the atx service has complied with the FARS and corrected the paperwork as to showing that the new propellers were now on the aircraft stated. Same type, different material.

Title: AN AIR TAXI PLT ACCEPTED AN FLEW ACN SMA ON SHEDULED FLT WITH DIRFFERENT TYPE PROPELLER INSTALLED THAN WHAT OPS SPECS AND HANDBOOK LISTED IN THE OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES FOR THE ATX SERVICE.

Narrative: FLYING A 135 CARGO ACFT WITH INSUFFICIENT OPS SPECS ON PROP. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO. RPTR WAS NOT TOO FAMILIAR WITH THE SITUATION. THE CARGO ACFT THAT HE WAS FLYING USED TO HAVE THE COMPOSITION PROPS AND TWO NEW ACFT WERE PURCHASED AND HAD THE ALL METAL PROPS. AFTER 2 FLTS IN THE NEW ACFT THE CHIEF PLT SUGGESTED THAT HE SEND IN THIS RPT. RPTR STATED THAT THE ATX SVC HAS COMPLIED WITH THE FARS AND CORRECTED THE PAPERWORK AS TO SHOWING THAT THE NEW PROPS WERE NOW ON THE ACFT STATED. SAME TYPE, DIFFERENT MATERIAL.
