Narrative:
Pilot failed to lower landing gear. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information. Reporter did not have much to add as error was admitted. A clear day and he had his thoughts elsewhere. The local FSDO became involved and made a determination that nothing further needed to be done as the damage was minimal to aircraft. Reporter is the owner of the corporation that owns the aircraft.

Title: GEAR UP LNDG.
Narrative: PLT FAILED TO LOWER LNDG GEAR. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO. RPTR DID NOT HAVE MUCH TO ADD AS ERROR WAS ADMITTED. A CLR DAY AND HE HAD HIS THOUGHTS ELSEWHERE. THE LCL FSDO BECAME INVOLVED AND MADE A DETERMINATION THAT NOTHING FURTHER NEEDED TO BE DONE AS THE DAMAGE WAS MINIMAL TO ACFT. RPTR IS THE OWNER OF THE CORPORATION THAT OWNS THE ACFT.
