Narrative:
On [my] flight; I made a precautionary landing at kdts for radio loss. Landing gear was placed down in the downwind. Both the floor arrow and green light on the panel indicated down and locked. After a normal landing; the nose gear collapsed at less than 60 knots. Damage was limited to the propeller; some skin and a bent nose wheel. No injuries for myself or my passenger. First flight out of annual inspection. Freshly installed transponder and navigation/communication radios with 14 hours on them.
