Narrative:
The ramp in ind is so icy and slippery; we have had three injuries so far. We have asked the airport countless times to come plow and get some of the ice out of our envelope. Airline mechanics come and drain water on their airplanes; they dump it on the ground in our ramp envelope causing more ice. I have asked them to use our water carts but they 'forget'... The plow we have at our company [facility] is on a tug and the plow has a rubber bottom; so it will not break up any ice. The airport will not come in close to plow so snow builds and freezes; we asked for chains on our pushbacks; airport said no. Our pushbacks are stuck and slide in ice.
