Narrative:
The following happened on the first day of a four day pairing with a captain who said he was on reserve and 'hadn't been flying too much.' the first officer's comments are as follows and occurred on 3 flts that first day: blew or shredded tires on takeoff and made a poor approach to destination airport west/O having identify ILS frequency, made a slow approach and a firm landing, shredding more tires and damaging aircraft flaps and spoilers. Took no responsibility for action. Used poor taxi procedure and didn't know condition of tires on taxi in. Next flight was first officer's leg. Captain kept interfering and steering aircraft west/O comments or crew coordination and as to when first officer 'had the aircraft' on next leg captain misinterp aircraft takeoff weights, performed noise abatement takeoff disregarding company procedure and showed poor aircraft control. North/a procedure not followed, with very poor cockpit coordination/management procedure throughout flight. His runway selection procedure at destination confused the center controller with the approach attempts showing evidence of spatial disorientation, requiring periods of role reversal and captain sometimes out of the loop entirely. Various associated times where incapacitation of captain was indicated. His proficiency was totally in doubt yet he assumed the attitude of totally not responsible for actions and constantly interfered and coached the first officer with a knowing air after having just performed miserably.

Title: F/O ALLEGES INADEQUATE PERFORMANCE IN CAPT'S ATTEMPTS TO ACT AS PIC OF AN ACR MLG.
Narrative: THE FOLLOWING HAPPENED ON THE FIRST DAY OF A FOUR DAY PAIRING WITH A CAPT WHO SAID HE WAS ON RESERVE AND 'HADN'T BEEN FLYING TOO MUCH.' THE F/O'S COMMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS AND OCCURRED ON 3 FLTS THAT FIRST DAY: BLEW OR SHREDDED TIRES ON TKOF AND MADE A POOR APCH TO DEST ARPT W/O HAVING IDENT ILS FREQ, MADE A SLOW APCH AND A FIRM LNDG, SHREDDING MORE TIRES AND DAMAGING ACFT FLAPS AND SPOILERS. TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACTION. USED POOR TAXI PROC AND DIDN'T KNOW CONDITION OF TIRES ON TAXI IN. NEXT FLT WAS F/O'S LEG. CAPT KEPT INTERFERING AND STEERING ACFT W/O COMMENTS OR CREW COORD AND AS TO WHEN F/O 'HAD THE ACFT' ON NEXT LEG CAPT MISINTERP ACFT TKOF WTS, PERFORMED NOISE ABATEMENT TKOF DISREGARDING COMPANY PROC AND SHOWED POOR ACFT CTL. N/A PROC NOT FOLLOWED, WITH VERY POOR COCKPIT COORD/MGMNT PROC THROUGHOUT FLT. HIS RWY SELECTION PROC AT DEST CONFUSED THE CTR CTLR WITH THE APCH ATTEMPTS SHOWING EVIDENCE OF SPATIAL DISORIENTATION, REQUIRING PERIODS OF ROLE REVERSAL AND CAPT SOMETIMES OUT OF THE LOOP ENTIRELY. VARIOUS ASSOCIATED TIMES WHERE INCAPACITATION OF CAPT WAS INDICATED. HIS PROFICIENCY WAS TOTALLY IN DOUBT YET HE ASSUMED THE ATTITUDE OF TOTALLY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTIONS AND CONSTANTLY INTERFERED AND COACHED THE F/O WITH A KNOWING AIR AFTER HAVING JUST PERFORMED MISERABLY.
