Narrative:
We had pushed off the gate; we had taxied out in sfo and had a clearance to taxi via a and hold short of B1. We were stopped at B1 then were given a clearance to continue taxing out. The captain turned on the taxi light and we had just started to move; then I saw a fuel truck cutting us off going directly in front of us. The truck was coming from our right to left; and it didn't make any attempt to stop. I yelled stop to the captain and he abruptly applied the brakes; and stopped the aircraft. We notified ground control that we had been cut off by a fuel truck. We then continued to taxi out and took off like normal. Climbing out of 10000 feet; we were notified that a flight attendant had hurt herself when we braked to avoid the fuel truck but she said she was able to continue the flight and perform her job duties.
