Narrative:

Runway 19R hold line is on taxiway G parallel to runway. If you miss hold line and turn corner to wait clearance to take runway you are on or too near extended centerline of runway 25R. Hold line is somewhat faded. Hold line should be repainted and possibly a sign to side of hold line as a warning not to cross until cleared onto runway. Tower should issue warning that 25R is in use and location of 19R hold line (airport chart included for reference).
