Narrative:
On climb out an medium large transport came in conflict with widebody transport, an ewr departure. This is a well known oversaturated route. This problem could have been avoided by better traffic management. In addition, new procedures should be made up to rerte these ewr east departures.

Title: AN ACFT DEPARTING ONE ARPT CONFLICTED WITH AN ACFT DEPARTING AN ADJACENT ARPT.
Narrative: ON CLBOUT AN MLG CAME IN CONFLICT WITH WDB, AN EWR DEP. THIS IS A WELL KNOWN OVERSATURATED RTE. THIS PROB COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED BY BETTER TFC MGMNT. IN ADDITION, NEW PROCS SHOULD BE MADE UP TO RERTE THESE EWR E DEPS.
