Narrative:
This is the second incident where [a] tow strap had been left attached to the nose landing gear of an aircraft upon pushback. On one incident the tow strap actually flew with the aircraft and when it landed at its destination the tow strap was found still attached to the nose landing gear.

Title: Air carrier ramp employee reported a tow crew left the tow strap attached to the aircraft after the aircraft was dispatched.
Narrative: This is the second incident where [a] tow strap had been left attached to the nose landing gear of an aircraft upon pushback.
