Narrative:

We rejected our takeoff while departing phl at approximately 60 kts because [another air carrier] flight crossed our runway a few hundred feet downfield. We returned to the departure end of the runway and took off uneventfully. We rejected when it became apparent the [other air carrier] flight was not going to hold short. We were given a takeoff clearance; of that there is no doubt. It's imperative that all parties keep a close listening watch. I can't speak to what someone else heard or what someone else cleared someone to do. All we can do is be vigilant and watch and listen carefully; which is what I think we did.
