Narrative:
I was called by [operations] to unlock [the load plan] to allow for a hot aog battery for 777 to be added. I unlocked [the load plan] and advised station to load in pit 4 with minimum 15 bags. Later; a call was received and I told the clerk it was ready to stage. When I saw the item at 120 lbs. Added; I pitted and readied. After departure; I reviewed load plan and saw no hazmat code to identify battery shipment. I immediately advised [operations manager] and he followed up with all concerned.
