Narrative:
While trying to establish communications with 2 light transport aircraft (1 being in my airspace second officer communication xfer) 30 mi northwest of sea, light transport took the descent clearance of large transport (both having an 'X' in their call sign) and caused a loss of sep between light transport and an small aircraft on IFR clearance at 9000'. I attempted communications with light transport and instructed a 'climb to 10000 right now.' I then told controller to turn the small aircraft he was already turning said aircraft. Light transport and small aircraft passed with 500' and 1 1/2 mi horizontal.

Title: PLT TOOK A DESCENT CLRNC FOR ANOTHER ACFT WHICH RESULTED IN LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION FROM ACFT BELOW HIM.
Narrative: WHILE TRYING TO ESTABLISH COMS WITH 2 LTT ACFT (1 BEING IN MY AIRSPACE S/O COM XFER) 30 MI NW OF SEA, LTT TOOK THE DSNT CLRNC OF LGT (BOTH HAVING AN 'X' IN THEIR CALL SIGN) AND CAUSED A LOSS OF SEP BTWN LTT AND AN SMA ON IFR CLRNC AT 9000'. I ATTEMPTED COMS WITH LTT AND INSTRUCTED A 'CLB TO 10000 RIGHT NOW.' I THEN TOLD CTLR TO TURN THE SMA HE WAS ALREADY TURNING SAID ACFT. LTT AND SMA PASSED WITH 500' AND 1 1/2 MI HORIZ.
