En route deviation to sfo due to passenger illness. Aircraft landed at 358500 (maximum landing weight 347800) no inspection required below 363500. T/D normal. Required logbook entry made approximately 36 hours after incident. Logbook entry overlooked at time of incident due to preoccupation with needs of ill passenger and flight planning and servicing for continuation of flight.
