Narrative:
[During daily check] the card instructs the mechanic to do an exterior check for damage etc.; from the ground yet [further down the card] the inspection includes the upper half of the fuselage which is conflicting with an inspection from the ground.special equipment is required to inspect the upper half of the fuselage and is rarely available.[my suggestion is to] either make provisions and time allowances for the proper equipment to be used to perform the task or reword step C to alleviate any confusion in interpretation of the task.
