Narrative:
While on the after landing roll the tower controller instructed our aircraft to make a right turn on taxiway golf and contact ground point 9. My student readback the clearance and we turned off runway 5 onto taxiway golf. The problem occurred when neither my student or myself called ground control. We continued to taxi and crossed over the hold short line for runway 32 when I finally realized the potentially disastrous mistake we were about to make. I slammed on the brakes just before crossing runway 32. Runway 32 was not in use. I immediately called ground control. The controller casually said 'cleared to the ramp.' I tried to call the tower several times to apologize but no one was answering the phones. The mistake I made was to lapse into mode of complacency that occurs at our home airport. After landing at our home base the control tower almost always instructs the aircraft to turn right at the next taxiway and taxi to the ramp. We seldom are instructed to contact ground on point niner. I have relayed my experience to my chief flight instrument and he has ask them to always instruct pilots to contact ground control after landing. I feel this practice will greatly help future students as well as myself from becoming complacent and avoid the common expectation of being automatically cleared to the ramp by the tower instead of the ground controller.

Title: GA SMA UNAUTH RWY CROSSING.
Narrative: WHILE ON THE AFTER LNDG ROLL THE TWR CTLR INSTRUCTED OUR ACFT TO MAKE A RIGHT TURN ON TXWY GOLF AND CONTACT GND POINT 9.
