Narrative:
Rejected takeoff for master caution light illumination for left air cycle machine overheat. Was maximum performance takeoff due to heavy aircraft weight and high density altitude. Had 2 gate returns for maintenance--total time delay of approximately 2 hours. Would not normally reject for a pack trip. Crew fatigued, late at night, decision was made to reject before fully accessing the cause for master caution illumination. Rejected takeoff feature of the autobrakes activated. Aircraft brought to full stop on runway. Brakes fused together due to heat and heavy takeoff weight.

Title: ACR MLG REJECTED TKOF. AUTOBRAKES ACTIVATED AND BRAKES FUSED.
Narrative: REJECTED TKOF FOR MASTER CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATION FOR LEFT AIR CYCLE MACHINE OVERHEAT. WAS MAX PERFORMANCE TKOF DUE TO HVY ACFT WT AND HIGH DENSITY ALT. HAD 2 GATE RETURNS FOR MAINT--TOTAL TIME DELAY OF APPROX 2 HRS. WOULD NOT NORMALLY REJECT FOR A PACK TRIP. CREW FATIGUED, LATE AT NIGHT, DECISION WAS MADE TO REJECT BEFORE FULLY ACCESSING THE CAUSE FOR MASTER CAUTION ILLUMINATION. REJECTED TKOF FEATURE OF THE AUTOBRAKES ACTIVATED. ACFT BROUGHT TO FULL STOP ON RWY. BRAKES FUSED TOGETHER DUE TO HEAT AND HVY TKOF WT.
