Narrative:
I was going on a practice flight and asked a flight instructor friend (cfii) to go along with me. We flew south from albany to columbia county airport in hudson, ny, to practice a few touch and gos and then go back to albany to make a few practice ILS approachs. WX was VFR. On my first touch and go, I landed the airplane, my friend said he had the flaps, and I started to push the throttles forward. Before the airplane attained takeoff speed, the wheels collapsed. My friend had inadvertently raised the gear lever instead of the flaps. We were not hurt.
