Narrative:
After takeoff [from] runway xxl at ZZZ; about 150 feet before gear up selection; number two engine lost all the thrust. [We] completed [the] engine out after takeoff procedure. After calling no 'quick action and ECAM exception;' captain transferred aircraft controls to me. Completed QRH and overweight landing calculations; [we] did not need to shut down engine because no damage indicated. I landed safely to ZZZ runway xy.
