An inconsistency [was] found in dgd [dangerous goods documents] (wrong un for toxic liquid; organic; nos/ were indicated as UN2811; as well as wrong quantity measurement per un) during preparation for loading on transfer flight to ZZZ1. Closer inspection of shipment showed wrong un on one of the dgr shipments for this type.

Narrative: An inconsistency [was] found in DGD [Dangerous Goods Documents] (wrong UN for toxic liquid; organic; nos/ were indicated as UN2811; as well as wrong quantity measurement per UN) during preparation for loading on transfer flight to ZZZ1.
