Narrative:
We received the following clearance from grand junction ground: cleared to den as filed, J130, climb and maintain FL230, squawk XXXX, contact ZDV on 127.8 leaving 9000'. At approximately 21500' center asked us what altitude we were at. We said 21500'. He said, 'confirm FL210 as you altitude.' we said we were assigned FL230. Center told us to descend to FL210, turn left 360 degrees; traffic 3-4 mi, at 11-12 O'clock, at FL220. He turned the other traffic to a heading of 180 degrees. In 1 min or so, center turned U to 090 des to intercept the den 213 degree right.
