Narrative:
I observed an fgt 1/2 mi south of the eyw tower at approximately 800'. The aircraft was coordinated to pass south of us at or above 2000'. He passed by at what appeared to be below 1000.' this altitude was not coordinated. At the time of this incident there were several small aircraft/spc's at 500', and 1 small aircraft (fixed wing) at 1000' observing the AOPA boat race. Nqx was aware of this fact.

Narrative: I OBSERVED AN FGT 1/2 MI S OF THE EYW TWR AT APPROX 800'. THE ACFT WAS COORDINATED TO PASS S OF US AT OR ABOVE 2000'. HE PASSED BY AT WHAT APPEARED TO BE BELOW 1000.' THIS ALT WAS NOT COORDINATED. AT THE TIME OF THIS INCIDENT THERE WERE SEVERAL SMA/SPC'S AT 500', AND 1 SMA (FIXED WING) AT 1000' OBSERVING THE AOPA BOAT RACE. NQX WAS AWARE OF THIS FACT.
