Narrative:
Aircraft Y was cleared for takeoff with a suggested heading of 055 off of runway 25. I switched the aircraft when he started his right turn. Aircraft X was on final and I cleared him to land then I noticed aircraft Y flying a 090 heading which made him a conflict with my aircraft on final. I told aircraft X about the traffic and aircraft X told me they were responding to a RA. I said roger and aircraft X climbed to 1;400ft MSL and started it's descent to land.[I recommend we] change to class charlie airspace.
