Narrative:
IFR phf-bwi. 10 NM southeast of bwi we were cleared for visibility approach to runway 33R. At 5 NM we discovered we were lined up with runway 33L (turning base to final runway 33R became visible). Tower questioned our runway alignment and we explained that we had mistakenly idented runway 33L for 33R. No evasive action was required or performed to realign our aircraft with the correct runway.
