Narrative:
My sectional was blown away during flight in my open cockpit biplane shortly after takeoff. My intention was to fly to florida bay and return to tmb. I noticed a large paved road going east and west, I turned to follow it westward to see what it lead to. As I approached a group of buildings I idented a sign as a park service sign at which point I immediately turned my aircraft southeast and departed the area.
