Reporter observed captain missing a crossing altitude on departure hnl and exceeding speed restriction below 10000'. Questioning captain resulted in a derogatory reply. First officer took himself off the flight at next stop ostensibly because of personality conflict that would affect safety of flight.

Narrative:
During the departure from hnl, the keola one, the captain did not make the climb restriction of 2500' which is required at the koko head 240 right. He was at 1450' when the right xed. He then accelerated to 290 KTS below 3000' and held 290 KTS through 10000'.
