Narrative:
After taking off from virgin gorda, bvi, we felt a severe vibration. We looked at the engine parameters and everything was in the green. We started to reduce power separately to see which engine it was, but the vibration continued. We were only able to climb to 500' MSL, and I told the captain I was going to land in tortola, bvi, a very close and more suitable airport for an emergency landing than virgin gorda. We landed on runway 25 in tortola asking for priority. After we landed we discovered that a leading edge wing cover had been ripped off (left wing) and it was creating too much drag and disturbing all the air flow. The only way I could maintain wings level was with a full right aileron deflection, full right aileron and rudder trim. That was how I landed the aircraft. It seemed that no screws at all were holding that cover because none of the holes were, or seemed to be, ripped off by the screws. I think, I'm not sure, that these aircraft went through an inspection on the past days.

Title: VIBRATION OF ACFT AFTER TKOF VERY SEVERE PREVENTING CLIMB AND MAKING FLT CTL DIFFICULT. FLT CREW CONTINUED AHEAD TO NEAREST SUITABLE ARPT WITH PRIORITY HANDLING.
Narrative: AFTER TAKING OFF FROM VIRGIN GORDA, BVI, WE FELT A SEVERE VIBRATION. WE LOOKED AT THE ENG PARAMETERS AND EVERYTHING WAS IN THE GREEN. WE STARTED TO REDUCE PWR SEPARATELY TO SEE WHICH ENG IT WAS, BUT THE VIBRATION CONTINUED. WE WERE ONLY ABLE TO CLB TO 500' MSL, AND I TOLD THE CAPT I WAS GOING TO LAND IN TORTOLA, BVI, A VERY CLOSE AND MORE SUITABLE ARPT FOR AN EMER LNDG THAN VIRGIN GORDA. WE LANDED ON RWY 25 IN TORTOLA ASKING FOR PRIORITY. AFTER WE LANDED WE DISCOVERED THAT A LEADING EDGE WING COVER HAD BEEN RIPPED OFF (LEFT WING) AND IT WAS CREATING TOO MUCH DRAG AND DISTURBING ALL THE AIR FLOW.
