Narrative:
The TCA chart for las is confusing, and by its design can lead to inadvertent TCA penetrations. I have enclosed a copy of a report I filed about 2 yrs ago pointing out this problem, but I see on the newest edition of the chart that it has not been changed. I have also enclosed a TCA chart with the proposed improvement.

Title: PROBLEM WITH LOCATION OF TCA FLOOR AND SURFACE INFORMATION ON TERMINAL AREA CHART.
Narrative: THE TCA CHART FOR LAS IS CONFUSING, AND BY ITS DESIGN CAN LEAD TO INADVERTENT TCA PENETRATIONS. I HAVE ENCLOSED A COPY OF A RPT I FILED ABOUT 2 YRS AGO POINTING OUT THIS PROB, BUT I SEE ON THE NEWEST EDITION OF THE CHART THAT IT HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED. I HAVE ALSO ENCLOSED A TCA CHART WITH THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT.
