FOD (foreign object damage) inspection doesn't appear to have been complied with by amm (aircraft maintenance manual) procedure 72-00-00-200-006-a or [job card number]. Documented history report states fan blade inspection found tears. Fan blades not serviceable in accordance with (in accordance with) amm 72-21-00-210-009-a. FOD fan blades with missing material also requires an engine boroscope not complied with as well in accordance with amm 72-00-00-200-006-a or [job card number].

Narrative: Event for damaged fan blades documented. FOD (Foreign Object Damage) inspection doesn't appear to have been complied with by AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual) Procedure 72-00-00-200-006-A or [Job card Number]. Documented History Report states fan blade inspection found tears. Fan blades not serviceable IAW (In Accordance With) AMM 72-21-00-210-009-A.
