Narrative:
A target appeared on a 7700 code on track for ZZZ at 3;500 [feet]. At [the] same time; a satellite sector had an emergency inbound to ZZZ1 from east on 7700 code. Targets appeared to mimic each other on speed and altitude until the emergency aircraft turned final at ZZZ1. It appears we had a ghost target. I was in fused mode. We need to see if it was a ghost target off one of the radar sites we use for fusion.
