Narrative:
Vip movement. Aircraft Z. Tower called and asked if I wanted the two aircraft that were to be taken off the approach. I told them to go to [controller]. The tower turned the airplanes directly into finals airspace with zero coordination with me or [controller]. It is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt. Retrain dca tower. Please follow the LOA. Finally remove the absurd restrictions for vip movements. Somebody will get hurt. Ojaay and dcafr cannot continues to absorb so many aircraft on vectors. Dca towers' restrictions on vip movements are excessive.

Title: Potomac TRACON Controller reported lack of coordination during a VIP movement that led to an airspace violation.
Narrative: VIP movement. Aircraft Z. Tower called and asked if I wanted the two aircraft that were to be taken off the approach. I told them to go to [controller].
