Narrative:
Military aircraft was negative rvsm; flying in rvsm airspace at FL320. The sector prior to mine did not call for approval for this aircraft to enter my airspace at that altitude. (This is stated in the 7110.65; 2-1-28 a 2 - rvsm operations) the flm also stated that she had not received notification from the flm of the prior area for this approaching negative rvsm aircraft.a review and clarification of requirements for the correct coordination of negative rvsm aircraft in all possible situations should be given at a facility mandatory briefing.

Title: ARTCC Controller reported a violation of negative RVSM aircraft coordination requirements; recommending refresher training should be conducted.
Narrative: Military aircraft was Negative RVSM; flying in RVSM airspace at FL320. The sector prior to mine did not call for approval for this aircraft to enter my airspace at that altitude. (This is stated in the 7110.65; 2-1-28 a 2 - RVSM Operations) The FLM also stated that she had not received notification from the FLM of the prior area for this approaching Negative RVSM aircraft.A review and clarification of requirements for the correct coordination of Negative RVSM aircraft in all possible situations should be given at a facility mandatory briefing.
