Narrative:
Approximately 50 mi south of montreal boston center cleared us direct lake henry VOR. We tuned it in and proceeded direct. A min or so later center called and said we were headed approximately 60 degree off course. Then asked us to check our equipment. Both radios were tuned to 110.8 lhy. Then he asked us to confirm we had RNAV. We did not. He gave us a heading and we proceeded on course. We had picked up some other station. I was not familiar with the area but should have realized our distance from lhy VOR and been more on top of things.
