Narrative:

Descending from 9500' 50 mi out to land at st petersburg. Frequency was congested. When I made contact with tpa approach I was inside TCA by 1 mi and 500' (29 NM at 6500'). TCA activated recently from arsa and I was not aware. My mistake. No clouds anywhere, no other aircraft. No problem. Will start trying to contact approach sooner. I am particularly sensitive to TCA's and will stay extremely aware. Am very concerned about arsa's and TCA and inadvertent entry. VFR becoming impossible.
