Narrative:
Left rsw with required release fuel for flight from rsw to phl. Release called for no alternate. Approximately halfway during flight between chs and orf, center gave flight reroute and new STAR due to flow control restrictions. Further delay occurred with center giving delaying vectors. Advised them fuel was at a state which we could not accept any vectors, and requested direct routing. Received priority handling remainder of trip after stating to each frequency change fuel remaining not satisfactory for delays. Landed at phl destination airport and chocked in with required reserve. However, the point of no alternate on a release and for dispatch far's still should include a given amount of fuel to be added regardless of WX.
