Narrative:
I was on an IFR scheduled flight from aok-lmt-mfr-oak. Apparently on the leg lmt-oed, a violation was incurred either seattle center, or medford approach called headquarters in burbank, ca, to discuss this violation and also to say that the pilot (me) was going to be cited. One of the burbank mgrs called up to oak to mention that I was to be cited and I should send in a NASA form. I have since been trying to contact my chief pilot in bur to determine what my problem is. At this point he has not been able to get back to me. The flight, lmt-mfr was for me uneventful. I left lmt and was IMC as I remember for the first part of the leg. Center asked for me to report a DME distance out of oed. After that we were cleared for the VOR/DME 14 approach to mfr. The WX at mfr was scattered cumulus at about our altitude. I remember mentioning to approach that I was considering cancelling IFR and proceed VFR to the airport. At this point what is bothering me is that at no time did a controller tell me that a violation had been incurred.

Title: ATX SMT FRT ACFT ADVISED BY ARTCC THAT A VIOLATION WOULD BE FILED BUT NO DETAILS WERE GIVEN.
Narrative: I WAS ON AN IFR SCHEDULED FLT FROM AOK-LMT-MFR-OAK. APPARENTLY ON THE LEG LMT-OED, A VIOLATION WAS INCURRED EITHER SEATTLE CTR, OR MEDFORD APCH CALLED HEADQUARTERS IN BURBANK, CA, TO DISCUSS THIS VIOLATION AND ALSO TO SAY THAT THE PLT (ME) WAS GOING TO BE CITED. ONE OF THE BURBANK MGRS CALLED UP TO OAK TO MENTION THAT I WAS TO BE CITED AND I SHOULD SEND IN A NASA FORM. I HAVE SINCE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT MY CHIEF PLT IN BUR TO DETERMINE WHAT MY PROB IS. AT THIS POINT HE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET BACK TO ME. THE FLT, LMT-MFR WAS FOR ME UNEVENTFUL. I L LMT AND WAS IMC AS I REMEMBER FOR THE FIRST PART OF THE LEG. CTR ASKED FOR ME TO RPT A DME DISTANCE OUT OF OED. AFTER THAT WE WERE CLRED FOR THE VOR/DME 14 APCH TO MFR. THE WX AT MFR WAS SCATTERED CUMULUS AT ABOUT OUR ALT. I REMEMBER MENTIONING TO APCH THAT I WAS CONSIDERING CANCELLING IFR AND PROCEED VFR TO THE ARPT. AT THIS POINT WHAT IS BOTHERING ME IS THAT AT NO TIME DID A CTLR TELL ME THAT A VIOLATION HAD BEEN INCURRED.
