Narrative:
Flight btv-ewr misread NOTAMS for ewr. Change to runway 22L ILS minimums posted last, and separated from all other approach minimums modifications. Change also posted after company NOTAMS. I quit reading NOTAMS after it said company only. Subsequently flew approach below notamed minimums. NOTAMS should be organized by functional groups instead of date initiated.

Narrative: FLT BTV-EWR MISREAD NOTAMS FOR EWR. CHANGE TO RWY 22L ILS MINIMUMS POSTED LAST, AND SEPARATED FROM ALL OTHER APCH MINIMUMS MODIFICATIONS. CHANGE ALSO POSTED AFTER COMPANY NOTAMS. I QUIT READING NOTAMS AFTER IT SAID COMPANY ONLY. SUBSEQUENTLY FLEW APCH BELOW NOTAMED MINIMUMS. NOTAMS SHOULD BE ORGANIZED BY FUNCTIONAL GROUPS INSTEAD OF DATE INITIATED.
