Narrative:
Training flight with multi student. Engine cut on takeoff roll. Student did not recover and couldn't gain directional control back. Cut mixture when I saw I wasn't able to get throttles back from student. Clipped right wing on ILS system on runway xx. Needed to be stronger on getting throttles back and using more force to get back the control of the airplane from student.
