Narrative:
Overflew airport at pattern altitude the windsock was froze in place. Ran downwind and base and final for runway 27 using 2 clicks of flap. Ran final on centerline. Seemed a little high. Touched down 3' or so off center to right. Wind caught plane on run out and pushed into snow banks. Tried 3 or 4 times to contact tower on approach to glr. No answer. Contacted an small aircraft running VOR approach. Verify radios working came in on same runway instructed to takeoff on. Tower says wind was 18 at 10. Pilot doing touch and goes says it was 14 at 15.

Title: PLT LOST CONTROL OF GA SMA AND SKIDDED INTO A SNOW BANK ON LNDG AT GLR.
Narrative: OVERFLEW ARPT AT PATTERN ALT THE WINDSOCK WAS FROZE IN PLACE. RAN DOWNWIND AND BASE AND FINAL FOR RWY 27 USING 2 CLICKS OF FLAP. RAN FINAL ON CTRLINE. SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH. VERIFY RADIOS WORKING CAME IN ON SAME RWY INSTRUCTED TO TKOF ON. TWR SAYS WIND WAS 18 AT 10. PLT DOING TOUCH AND GOES SAYS IT WAS 14 AT 15.
