Narrative:
*Landing at sand point airport is very difficult due to terrain considerations. This date an small transport started to taxi out of the landing area near the time of T/D. Please note the apron does not provide enough sep between takeoff and landing aircraft, and is most probably on some sort of a waiver. Note the attached form 5010. Has not been updated for over 2 yrs. Suggest runway by shortened and displaced threshold installed for the benefit of reducing congestion on ramp areas.

Title: SMT TAXIED CLOSE TO RWY AS MDT TOUCHED DOWN CAUSING CONFLICT.
Narrative: *LNDG AT SAND POINT ARPT IS VERY DIFFICULT DUE TO TERRAIN CONSIDERATIONS. THIS DATE AN SMT STARTED TO TAXI OUT OF THE LNDG AREA NEAR THE TIME OF T/D. PLEASE NOTE THE APRON DOES NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH SEP BTWN TKOF AND LNDG ACFT, AND IS MOST PROBABLY ON SOME SORT OF A WAIVER. NOTE THE ATTACHED FORM 5010. HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED FOR OVER 2 YRS.
