Air Traffic Incident | Operational Error |
Narrative:
Mlt X westbound on R13 was approved at FL410 from 089 degrees. Approximately 50 mins later air carrier Y southbound on 763 degree right was approved at FL410. Operational error was reported after relieving controller took over sector. Supplemental information from acn 167328: I assumed responsibility for a sector where the crossing situation was not pointed out to me in the briefing and I failed to notice it in the position preview. I was informed of the error by the pilot during the same minute I logged on.
