Narrative:
Air carrier X was cleared into atlanta approach airspace at 9000' instead of 11000' as per letter of agreement. No coordination was effected, therefore, atlanta center violated atlanta approachs airspace. No other aircraft was involved. Supplemental information from acn 167831. Air carrier X was descended by the center to 9000' when the aircraft should have been at either 6000' on 11000'. The aircraft violated sat F's airspace. No other aircraft were involved.

Title: ZTL HANDOFF CTLR FAILED TO ARTCC TRACON INTERFAC COORD WITH ATL APCH CTL AND ACR X ENTERED ATL APCH CTL AIRSPACE AT WRONG ALT PER LOA.
Narrative: ACR X WAS CLRED INTO ATLANTA APCH AIRSPACE AT 9000' INSTEAD OF 11000' AS PER LETTER OF AGREEMENT. NO COORD WAS EFFECTED, THEREFORE, ATLANTA CTR VIOLATED ATLANTA APCHS AIRSPACE. NO OTHER ACFT WAS INVOLVED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 167831. ACR X WAS DSNDED BY THE CTR TO 9000' WHEN THE ACFT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT EITHER 6000' ON 11000'. THE ACFT VIOLATED SAT F'S AIRSPACE. NO OTHER ACFT WERE INVOLVED.
