Narrative:
Gear disagreed warning message; landing gear would not retract after takeoff. After departing runway xxr at ZZZ; gear would not retract. Attempted several times; would not retract. Ran the QRH for gear disagree in the up position. Landing gear stayed down and locked throughout the entire event; hydraulic 3a & b pumps will working with 3;000 psi in system. With gear handle down; gear disagree warning message. Extinguished; all gear down and locked in green; system normal. Contacted maintenance; advised of situation; recommended return to ZZZ.
