Narrative:

I boarded the plane to clean and help the inbound crew but I sat my kindle in the jetway next to operations to charge it. So when I grabbed my luggage to get on the plane it was still in the jetway. After boarding was complete the operations agent came down to give the final passenger count he handed me my device right at the jetway door so I took a step off the plane to retrieve my item.make sure I have all my belongings when I board the plane so I don't have to step off.
